With the captivating record “December,” the award-winning South African singer and songwriter Msongi & Deep6 ft. D’Braz once again proves why they remain one of the most influential voices in today’s music scene.
The track opens with evocative guitar riffs layered over a warm, rhythmic percussion. Msongi’s voice, resonant and emotionally honest, paints pictures of gratitude and hope.
The message is crystal clear: sometimes the blessings in life truly feel heaven-sent. Produced by the talented Semzi, whose credits span notable Afrobeats hits, “December” stands out for its slick arrangement–letting Kaestyle’s vocals shine while weaving in subtle synths and harmonious backing vocals.
