Davido, a capable, unique, legendary Nigerian artist who is also the CEO of DMW, has debuted a brand new enchanting song named “Nakupenda.”
The track opens with evocative guitar riffs layered over a warm, rhythmic percussion. Davido’s voice, resonant and emotionally honest, paints pictures of gratitude and hope.
The message is crystal clear: sometimes the blessings in life truly feel heaven-sent. Produced by the talented Semzi, whose credits span notable Afrobeats hits, “Nakupenda” stands out for its slick arrangement–letting Davido’s vocals shine while weaving in subtle synths and harmonious backing vocals.
